THE BIG PICTURE FEST | STREET ART
The city was used as a canvas in March earlier this year, when 13 new artists painted pieces live to add to the City’s already striking street art precinct. Frankston is a short drive south of Melbourne City, it’s a great place to take a street-tour of their now growing collection of works thanks to this annual event.
